The right Urine Diverter for the proud
We've engineered the C-Head to accommodate a wide variety of spaces for boats, RV's, campers, cabins, tiny houses and more! However, you know your space constraints better and we are always glad to help with DIY projects. For a beautiful outcome, you should be handy to attempt a DIY composting toilet project. Some engineering is required.
We offer the do-it-yourself "Urine Diverter Assembly" or "UDA", for both churning and non-churning systems to make your project and fit flawless. With two basic UDA options to choose from, you can put together the right toilet for your space. We will give you the basic design support you need to build the best urine-diverting, composting toilet for your needs. You can also contact us and have your UDA customized with our options to fit your needs better and give you a beautiful creation of your own design.
The basic UDA comes with a round white toilet seat, a stainless steel hinged cabinet lid. a sealing lid, a urine-diverting funnel and a solid waste bucket. This is designed for a "churnless" toilet system where you add medium to cover the solid waste after each use. To install this system, you only need minimal engineering and carpentry tools and skills.
The "churning system" UDA comes with a modified round white toilet seat, a stainless steel hinged cabinet lid. a sealing lid, a urine-diverting funnel, a solid waste bucket with a churning mechanism and a churn handle. This is designed for a toilet system where you add medium once and then churn the waste to cover it with medium after each use. To install this system, you should have some experience with engineering and carpentry skills. Alignment of the parts is critical for a good outcome.
